A poll by MTV and the Associated Press found that 85% of college students are stressed out on a daily basis. That’s an overwhelming majority of students who are stressed out each and every day. Additionally, the American College Health Association says stress is the number one reason for poor academic performance … and, if you’re feeling yucky … well, it’s likely stress related. In fact, 70% – 90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related illnesses.
Stressed out … day in and day out … bad grades … illness … stress can quite literally destroy your chances of being a successful student!
