Are you a stressed out student?  Statistically speaking, probably so!

A poll by MTV and the Associated Press found that 85% of college students are stressed out on a daily basis.  That’s an overwhelming majority of students who are stressed out each and every day. Additionally, the American College Health Association says stress is the number one reason for poor academic performance … and, if you’re feeling yucky … well, it’s likely stress related.  In fact, 70% – 90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related illnesses.

Stressed out … day in and day out … bad grades … illness …  stress can quite literally destroy your chances of being a successful student!

That’s why I created this website … for stressed out students just like you. is packed with great information to help you minimize stress and maximize your success as a student and the site is growing all the time!

It’s filled with quick tips, stress management information, study tips, health and wellness tips, ways to maximize your grades and your success, and lots of other great information to help you succeed in school without being paralyzed by stress. is not a 24-hour helpline.  We do not have trained professionals to help you during a crisis situation.  However, there are plenty of organizations ready to help you right now and we have posted some of those options in the +Help Me Now+ section of the site.
